■ All Bridal and Formal dresses are made to order. 
■ Formals making time is approx 7-8 weeks after confirmation of order. 
■ Bridals making time is approx 10-12 weeks after confirmation of order. 
■ International shipping is subject to charges depending upon weight and destination.

■ Initial deposit payment is 40%, which is non-refundable. Remaining amount will be paid when your dress is ready.
■ Please note that any change/addition may be subject to charges. Once the order has been placed, THERE ARE NO CANCELLATIONS. 
■ We currently operate on a NO REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY as dress would be stitched as per your given size. 
■ All clients-by paying deposit are adhering to these Terms and Conditions. It is your responsibility to read these terms and conditions before going ahead.
